Main Street Gym offers a wide range of classes throughout the day, lead by our talented and motivating instructors who are here to make your fitness dreams come true.

BALLET BARRE

a hybrid workout class combining ballet inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.

Boot camp

high intensity, formatted for all levels. expect to break a sweat indoors and out.

Stretch & Tone

Focuses on joint stability, mobility and flexability. The excercises performed in class will help longevity and Increase range of motion.

  2. Email us a photo for your acct.

  3. Come to MS GYM at your convenience and contact us once you arrive, and we will grant you access.

  4. Your Keyfob(s) will be waiting for you to pickup at the front desk!
